The Soda Shoppe has a great menu. Service is fast, food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

This is the place (!) that has those famous homemade chicken salad sandwiches you've heard about...AND the pimento cheese sandwiches made the old fashioned way like your mother used to make. (if you were lucky.)
We've been making them since 1960!
Our hamburgers are the best in town.

Remember those good ole Cherry Cokes with crushed ice???....we still have them...Vanilla Cokes, too. The made-to-order lemonade and orangeade drinks are a favorite.
Old Photographs on the Walls
Monday-Wednesday are 'Sandwich Special' days. Thursday is a 'Hot Plate Special', or (a customer favorite) homemade 'Spaghetti Plate Special'. Friday is 'Fried Catfish' or 'Fried Shrimp Special' day. Eat-In or Take-Out. Call ahead for your Take-Out and it will be ready when you come to pick it up.
The atmosphere is so relaxing. Comfortable booths. The pictures on the wall are the icing on the cake...OLD black and white photographs, enlarged and hand colored will bring back memories for so many.
The Old Hospital, Jekyll Hotel, Bulloch County Courthouse, Bank of Statesboro, Old Statesboro High School. These are favorite's of our customers. This was Jill's idea. (Jamie's (Owner/pharmacist) wife.)
